My direct report has used all of their sick days, how do I ensure they are only paid at 75% for their future sick days?

If an employee’s sick days are exhausted, they will be paid at the rate as indicated in their terms of employment or collective agreement. If an employee’s vacation days are exhausted, the employee will not be able to request a vacation.
