Is my direct report eligible for Personal Emergency Leave (PEL)?

Please talk to your HR Business Partner (HRBP) to determine if your direct report is eligible for the 2 days of Personal Emergency Leave. If eligible, they can enter this absence in the HRMS as Paid Leave, Reason: Personal Emergency Leave.
