I would like to make a freedom of information request.

Please complete a Freedom of Information (FOI) request form and mail it with a $5 cheque or e-transfer payable to Humber College ITAL with your contact information and a description of the requested records. Further information and a copy of the FOI request form can be found on the FOI Requests section of the Legal, Risk & Privacy Office website.

Once the form and application fee are received by the College, you will receive a response within 30 days.
