What should I do if a candidate has two (duplicate) profiles in Recruitment in HRMS?
If you search for a candidate and you notice they have two (duplicate) profiles, ensure to use the internal profile. The internal profiles will have a ‘blue house’ icon beside the candidate’s name. Please reach out to your Talent Acquisition Advisor and ask them to merge the duplicate profiles to avoid any issues in the future.
If you see duplicate profiles and you’re unsure of which one to use to create an offer, it’s important to contact your Talent Acquisition Advisor for assistance. If an offer is created on the incorrect profile (usually an external profile when they already have an internal profile), it will cause an issue later in the hiring process.
