A candidate cannot access their job offer. How can I help them?
External Candidate
Definition: A brand new employee or someone who has not had an active contract within the last 6 months.
Reason: External candidates did not set-up their username and password for the career portal, as it was created by the hiring manager or hiring manager delegate during candidate profile creation, or the candidate does not remember their username or password for the career portal.
Resolution:
- The manager/delegate must provide the candidate with their username and password to the career portal should they create a candidate profile on the portal on the candidate’s behalf.
- The manager/delegate can check to see what the candidate’s username is and reset their password for the career portal.
- If the candidate is not sure which email address the offer was sent to, the manager/delegate can check to see which email address the offer was sent to.
If the candidate is still not able to access their job offer, please contact your Talent Acquisition Advisor for assistance.

Reason: The internal candidate may not be using the correct email account to access the job offer.
