Unpaid leaves default to 7.5 hours but the employee missed 8 hours of work
If an employee without sick days/vacation takes time off, this needs to be entered in a time card rather than as an absence. The employee can either submit an unpaid leave in the time card or remove the time already submitted in the time card.
